  • I love your work but we have a smaller budget. Can you still help us?

    Absolutely! We have many options that will fit many different budgets. Our Grab and Go items are also a great way to stay within your budget. Fill out our contact form and we will gladly email a few options that may work for your upcoming event or celebration.

  • Can I bring you my balloons and have you arrange them?

    No! Our balloons are sourced from the highest grade materials and will withstand weather elements, popping, etc. Often what you see on Amazon or other reseller’s websites are not the actual product. Our balloons are 100% biodegradable and can last up to several weeks if kept inside.

  • When should I book your services?

    Our weekends fill the fastest. If you know you have a set date, let’s chat!

    If you need a last minute order, we may still be able to help in most cases. Touch base with our team by filling out our contact form and we will check our availability and inventory for you!

  • Will you deliver and install our order?

    Absolutely! We offer both delivery and installation. If you are renting items from us, we will return to disassemble and breakdown. You get to keep the balloons :) Delivery + installation fees may apply.

  • I have no idea what I need. Do you have a catalog where I can place an order?

    Most of our designs are custom. In most cases we will design your backdrops, tablescape and balloons based on the invitation design. If you do not have an invitation, that is not a problem. Our design team can either source or design an invitation for you. If you do have an invitation, send it our way!

  • Can we book a cake and cookies through you?

    100% We know the best of the best and working with our top bakers, we can guarantee you’ll be happy we helped you. Not only do our bakers know our style, they will work with our design team to make sure the cake and cookies match the theme and color palette.

  • I have no time to plan a party. How does it work if I want to hire Isle of Parties for full event planning?

    We thrive on being there for you from start to finish. We can take care of the designs and installations but also help with vendor coordination and timelines. Full event planning starts at $2000.

  • How long do your balloons last?

    We create our garlands and balloon designs with the highest quality balloons. They are durable and can withstand many elements. Lighter colors are suggested for outdoor use when the balloons will be in direct sun and used in the warmer months.

    When balloons are kept indoors, they can often last for several weeks.

    NOTE: Isle of Parties is not responsible nor guarantees balloons after delivery, installation or pick-up. Children, sharp objects (trees, blades of grass, cement, hot cars, etc. can pop or alter your balloons.

  • I'd like to rent tables and chairs. What do you have available?

    The best way to welcome little friends to your celebration is to offer seating that they feel comfortable with. Our toddler tables and chairs are the perfect solution. You can view our available rentals here.

    In addition to tables and chairs, we also have a Vintage Spindle high chair and toddler entertainment.
